Kainan Maners

My name is Kainan Maners and I am a certified Personal Trainer for the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have been a certified personal trainer for one year now. Over the past 3 years, I have been actively training and educating myself on being the most efficient personal trainer possible. I have worked on strength, endurance, and resistance training over the years.  I want to encourage each person reading this bio to ask yourself what your fitness goals are and where you want to be. Do you want to focus on strength and become the ultimate powerlifter? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to gain muscle mass? I am here for YOU and want YOU to become a better version of yourself. Be confident in what you want to be and let me guide you along the way. Focus on what is in front of you and take it session by session. Do not expect results too fast. Instead, take it day by day and focus on proper training and nutrition.
